Why do I receive ‘Account already exists’ error when I click the invite link?

  1. Go to Zoho Accounts.
  2. Navigate to Settings on the left sidebar and select Close Account.
  3. Click Close Account. Your account in the domain will be closed. You can try accessing the invite link again to join the organizaiton.
